DIGITALROCKETS LLC (D-ONE CASH) is a technology and software provider, not a bank

D-ONE CASH is not a bank, custodian, money services business (MSB), financial institution, or financial services provider. Financial services (virtual accounts, custody, conversions and transfers) are provided by regulated third parties through their own infrastructure and subject to their terms and conditions. Stablecoin balances are not bank deposits and are not covered by the FDIC, SIPC, Fogafín, or any deposit or investor insurance. The value of digital assets may fluctuate and may even go to zero. Geographic and regulatory limits apply and are subject to change.

1. Technological nature

DIGITALROCKETS LLC, a limited liability company organized in the State of Florida, USA ("D-ONE CASH", "D1C", "we"), is a technology and software provider. It is not a bank, a depository institution, a money services business (money transmitter), a custodian, an investment adviser, or a financial services provider, and it does not provide regulated financial services on its own behalf.

2. Infrastructure provided by Bridge

The financial services offered through D1C — including custody, currency conversion, virtual accounts, and the sending and receiving of funds — are operated by Bridge through its regulated infrastructure. The status of registered money services business (with FinCEN, in the US) belongs to Bridge Building Inc., not to D1C. Depending on the user's region, account services may be provided by different Bridge entities; for users in Latin America, by Bridge Building Limited. By using D1C you also accept Bridge's terms and privacy policy.

3. Custody

Digital assets are held in custody by Bridge. D1C does not custody your assets, does not have access to private keys, does not move funds on its own, and does not guarantee redemptions or the sufficiency of reserves. D1C is a technology interface that gives you access to the services operated by Bridge.

4. Digital asset value risk

Digital assets, including stablecoins pegged to fiat currencies (such as USDC and USDT), involve significant risk. Their value may fluctuate and may even go to zero. Stablecoin balances are not bank deposits or legal tender. D1C does not guarantee the peg, liquidity, convertibility, or backing of any digital asset (risk of loss of peg/depeg, suspension of redemptions, or issuer insolvency).

5. No deposit insurance

Digital asset balances and services are not covered by the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC), the Securities Investor Protection Corporation (SIPC), the Fondo de Garantías de Instituciones Financieras (Fogafín) in Colombia, or any other deposit, investor, or government-backed insurance.

6. Irreversibility

Digital asset transactions are in no case reversible. Once transmitted to the blockchain network, an operation cannot be canceled, reversed, or modified; a transfer sent to a wrong address or recipient, or over an incompatible network, will not be recoverable. Always verify the details before confirming.

7. Fees

Bridge fees, blockchain network fees, payment rail fees, and/or currency conversion (FX) fees may apply. Fees are variable and subject to change; you will be informed before confirming each operation.

8. Availability and eligibility

Geographic, regulatory, and other limits apply. Services may not be available in all jurisdictions and may change without prior notice. The service is not available to sanctioned persons or jurisdictions (OFAC, UN, EU, or others).

9. Regulatory risk

The legal and regulatory treatment of digital assets is evolving and uncertain. Changes in applicable laws or regulations may affect the availability, use, or value of digital assets.

10. No advice

The information in the D1C app and website is provided for informational purposes and does not constitute financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. You are responsible for assessing the suitability of the services for your situation.

11. Third-party trademarks

Bridge, Visa, Stripe, and other names and logos are trademarks of their respective owners. Their mention does not imply endorsement or affiliation.

12. No liability for acts of third parties

D1C does not control and is not responsible for the acts or omissions of the third parties that provide the financial or operational services, including Bridge, partner banks, identity verification (KYC) providers, stablecoin issuers, and compliance providers. The relationship with such third parties is governed by their own terms and conditions.

13. No liability for regulatory actions

D1C shall not be liable for freezes, blocks, holds, investigations, court orders, sanctions, anti-money laundering (AML) reviews, or other measures taken by authorities, banks, or regulated providers that affect your account or your operations.

14. No banking or fiduciary relationship

Use of the service does not create any banking, fiduciary, custodial, financial advisory, or agency relationship between D1C and the user. D1C assumes no special duties of protection over your assets.

15. Entity identification

D-ONE CASH is the trade name of DIGITALROCKETS LLC, with its address at 7901 4th St N STE 300, St. Petersburg, FL 33702, USA. Contact: [email protected].
