Before you subscribe, check that we can serve you where you live. In the countries and territories listed on this page, our platform cannot open a wallet for you yet. Without a wallet you cannot receive or move money, even if you complete identity verification and hold an active subscription.
What decides it is where you live
Availability depends on your country of residence: not your nationality, not the country that issued your ID, and not the country of your bank or card. If you live in one of the places on this page, we cannot open a wallet for you today, because of regulatory requirements and our verification processes.
European Economic Area
We do not yet serve residents of the European Economic Area. We are completing the European regulatory requirements and will open as soon as they are in place; we do not announce dates until they are certain.

If you live in any other state, this limitation does not affect you.

In these countries we cannot open a wallet, and we have no expectation that this will change. If you live in one of them, do not subscribe.

Jurisdictions where we cannot operate
Because of international sanctions and legal restrictions, we cannot open a wallet or provide service to residents of these places. This is not a temporary limitation and does not depend on our timelines: for as long as those restrictions are in force, we cannot serve you.

This is not a limitation we can lift, and we do not collect contact details for these jurisdictions.
This is already stated in our Terms of use: to use D-ONE CASH you must not appear on a sanctions list (OFAC/SDN, UN, EU or others) or reside in a prohibited or embargoed jurisdiction. Attempting to circumvent this restriction — for example with a VPN — is also prohibited.
