We believe in full transparency. Here you will find every fee we charge — no fine print, no hidden charges.
Our commitment: you will always see the exact fee for every operation before you confirm it. We never charge anything you haven't seen first.

This table assumes we can open a wallet for you. In some countries we cannot yet, and without a wallet there are no deposits or withdrawals. Check availability in your country before subscribing.
The effective fee is always shown before you confirm each operation, and the deposit fee is shown alongside your account details before you share them with whoever is paying you.
Withdrawals to a bank account have a 20 USD minimum amount. Below that you cannot withdraw to a bank. Above it you pay the fee in the table, with no surcharge: a 100 USD withdrawal to the US costs 1.50 USD. Sending to a wallet has no minimum.
Currency conversion is not charged separately. When you withdraw to a bank outside the US, the currency exchange is already included in the withdrawal fee: we only ever charge one fee per operation, and it is the one you see in the table.
Deposit fees cover what it costs us to receive your money, plus a small margin. Our main margin is on bank withdrawals, which is why it changes with the destination country.
Fees are the same on all four plans. What changes between plans is the monthly volume limit and the features, not the price per operation: see the Pricing page.
Network (blockchain) fees
Some operations on blockchain networks may carry a network fee ("gas") that varies with network congestion and is not set by D-ONE CASH. When it applies, we will show it to you before you confirm.
Exchange rate
For operations involving currency conversion (for example, a withdrawal to MXN or COP), the exchange rate is applied when the order is processed: it is not fixed or shown before you confirm. What you do see before confirming is the fee.
Financial infrastructure
Financial services, including virtual accounts, custody, conversions and transfers, are provided by regulated third parties through their own infrastructure and are subject to their terms and conditions. Some fees may derive from the costs of that infrastructure. See also our Terms of use.
