Frequently asked questions about using D-ONE CASH

What is D-ONE CASH?

D-ONE CASH is a technology platform that gives you a US dollar (USD) account to receive and send money, and to top up or withdraw funds to your bank account. Financial services, including virtual accounts, custody, conversions and transfers, are provided by regulated third parties through their own infrastructure and are subject to their terms and conditions.

How do I top up my balance?

How to add funds:

What payments can I receive in my dollar account?

Your USD virtual account accepts:

If you expect a payment of 4,000 USD or more from another person, write to us before they send it: without advance notice it will most likely be rejected. If you live in the US, you can also receive third-party payments in general.

You can also receive crypto payments: USDC on the Base network, straight into your wallet. They arrive almost instantly, at any time. Ask to be paid only in USDC and only on the Base network: another token or another network is not credited to your balance.

Can I receive international transfers (SWIFT)?

No. The virtual dollar account receives US ACH and domestic wires; it does not accept SWIFT transfers and has no SWIFT code. Whoever pays you has to do it from a US bank, using the account and routing numbers the app gives you.

When will the money arrive?

Is there a minimum amount?

To receive by bank transfer: 10 USD, counted after the deposit fee. Always send at least the minimum: below it, the deposit may not be credited, and anything not credited is not returned.

To withdraw to a bank: 20 USD. Sending to a wallet has no minimum. Full details in Fees.

I sent money and it hasn't reached my account. What should I do?

Write to us at support@d-onecash.com with the amount, the date and the bank you sent it from, and we'll look into it. If you sent it from your bank, ask them for the Trace ID (for ACH) or the IMAD (for a wire): with it we can find the transfer much faster. Also check that the amount was above the minimum.

Where do I put the memo or reference?

You don't need one to top up your account: the account and routing numbers are enough. For business recurring collections you do: the app gives you a reference (memo) that whoever pays you must enter in the Memo or Reference field of their transfer. At Chase and Mercury that field is called "Message to Recipient". If you can't find it, ask your bank.

My bank doesn't recognize the routing number. What should I do?

Always use the one the app shows you. For virtual dollar accounts it is 101019644 (Lead Bank), and for memo-based payments it is 101206101. Both are listed on frbservices.org and in the ABA's routing number lookup. If your bank shows an error, ask its support to check them there: they are valid for ACH and wires.

My bank made microdeposits to verify the account. Where do I see the amounts?

Microdeposits can take up to 1 day to arrive. Write to us at support@d-onecash.com and we'll give you the amounts.

Plaid is asking me for a 3-letter code sent to my account. Where is it?

That code is in the description of the microdeposit. Write to us and we'll send it to you along with the amounts.

How do I send money?

In "Send", pick a contact or enter the recipient, type the amount and confirm. You will see the status of the operation in your activity history. Transfers are processed securely and may take a short while to confirm.

How do I withdraw to my bank?

In "Withdraw", choose your destination bank account and the amount. Withdrawals are usually credited within 1 to 2 business days. Applicable fees are shown before you confirm.

Why do I have to verify my identity?

For regulatory compliance (KYC/AML), you need to verify your identity once before using the financial features. The process asks for an official ID and a selfie, and usually takes a few minutes. We have a complete verification guide (KYC and KYB) with the step-by-step and the required documents. See our privacy policy on how this data is handled.

How do I delete my account?

In the web app, go to Settings → Delete account. Before it can be completed you must withdraw your full balance, have no operations in progress and settle your subscription; then you confirm with a code sent to your email and a typed phrase. Deletion is permanent and irreversible, grants no refunds, and certain records are retained as required by law. See the full deletion guide (Spanish) and Section 25 of the Terms of use.

Is it safe?

Yes. Your funds are under the institutional custody of regulated third parties, through their own infrastructure. We encrypt data in transit and at rest, access is role-restricted, and you can protect the app with biometrics (Face ID / fingerprint) from Settings.

How do I contact support?

Write to us at support@d-onecash.com. We typically reply within 24–48 business hours. For billing or subscription matters, include the email you signed up with. If it's about a payment, write to us rather than to the banks we work with: they can't help you with your account.
